If I didn't know better I'd think you wrote this one just for me. Most of my career has been built on discovering "root causes" which i practice in all areas of my life.

I find myself growing weary of problem solving. An another old mentor suggested, when you solve a problem you get rid of what you don't want. But when you create you get something you do want. I'm more energized by creating, especially when that means participating in the newness that is wanting to emerge. rcw
