We Live in Two Worlds

I experience my life to be like the ever exploding and expanding universe I live in. I seem to be going off in all directions at once. At the same time I feel as static and unmoving as that same universe appears when I gaze into a dark un-moonlit sky on a clear summer night. The awareness that I am consciousness of consciousness of consciousness leads me to say I am part of a world of spirit . . . just as real as our Solar System, Galaxy, and Universe.
